# Caracola Medical

> Caracola Medical is a physician-led, white-label telehealth medical group. It supplies licensed physicians, clinical protocols and day-to-day clinical operations to telehealth brands, med-spas, clinics and digital health platforms, under the partner's brand. Its physician-only network is licensed in all 50 states and Washington, DC. Founded by J. Chance Miller, MD and Stephanie Miller.

Clinical services are delivered through a physician-owned professional entity; business operations are provided by a separate management company. Partners keep their brand, website, platform and patient relationship. Caracola supplies the licensed physicians, clinical protocols, coverage and clinical operations behind it, plus back-end support (credentialing and state licensing support, compliance and documentation standards, scheduling and intake operations, telehealth platform setup, patient support and billing operations). Clinical decisions are always made independently by licensed clinicians. Bilingual English and Spanish physician coverage is available.

Caracola Medical was founded by J. Chance Miller, MD (Cofounder & Chief Executive Officer) and Stephanie Miller (Cofounder & Chief Operating Officer).

J. Chance Miller, MD: MD, Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons; residency, Washington University in St. Louis.
