Caracola Medical was founded by J. Chance Miller, MD, a graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, who has built and run a multi-physician, multi-state telehealth practice.
That practice has seen patients through many partner platforms, built a physician network licensed in all 50 states and Washington, DC, and built its own operations team for scheduling, coverage, intake and follow-up.
Caracola brings that experience to partners: a proven nationwide physician network plus the operations to run it.
Why “Caracola”?
